AboutEngineers first,
Engineers first,
agency second
Shaped is an engineer-led AI and automation company. Our background is automating manufacturing operations, environments where automation either works or stops the line. That's the standard every Shaped build is held to.
We design, build, run and maintain AI agents and automations for businesses that have outgrown off-the-shelf. No templates. No handovers to nowhere. Systems shaped to the way you work, with your team trained to drive them.
How we're different
We show up
Audits happen on site. You can't map a process from behind a screen.
Builders, not talkers
Advice comes with a build plan attached.
Your team runs it
Every engagement ends with your people trained on what we built.
Straight about data
Where it lives, what touches a model, in writing.
